Creating unforgettable films that motivate and inspire.

LEONIE BLIGNAUT

To Leonie, visual aesthetics matter. They really matter. So does the varied experience and boundless vitality she brings to the director’s chair*.

Drawn into film by a desire for adventure, she began her story-telling journey as an award-winning documentary maker.

Later, Leonie worked as a cinematographer and director on television series for international broadcasters such as Discovery Channel and National Geographic.

She has also spent countless hours in the edit suite, crafting compelling films in which every cut creates a deeper connection with the viewer.

Now as a director, Leonie loves nothing more than exceeding the expectations of clients by creating unforgettable films that motivate and inspire.

Born with infectious energy, Leonie prides herself on being able to take every challenge – from extreme weather to extremely difficult talent – in her stride.

And when the job is done, if she can just get in the ocean for a moment and catch a wave or two, she’ll be fine.

(*This is a metaphor. Leonie has never sat in an actual director’s chair in her life. She’s far too busy getting her hands dirty and shoes wet and generally making sure everything is exactly where it should be, and everyone has exactly what they need to make the best possible film. Really.)
